Do you enjoy working with numbers and analyses? As a Controller, you are an indispensable part of our finance team. You support us in planning, managing, and controlling our financial processes, bringing your analytical skills to make informed decisions and ensure the financial stability of our company.
Full-time | Immediate start | Malacky
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analyses as needed
- Prepare, monitor and report financial KPIs
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Identification of cost saving potentials
- Preparation of monthly reports and annual report for the Group
- Work closely with various other (international) departments to accomplish improvements of processes
- Take over own Projects in the Finance Area (e.g. Transfer Pricing, Group Accounting Manual, ESG support)
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position at least 5 years
- knowledge of the German language or English language a must
- knowledge of ABAS ERP is an advantage
- knowledge of Austrian/international tax legislation is an advantage
- independence in work and time flexibility
- Thorough knowledge of business analytics
- Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments and subsidiaries in different countries

The gross monthly salary for this position is at least EUR 2,800 (full-time). Depending on education, qualifications, and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
